Deizshel Japonica Setzer has lived in Maryland all of he life.. She is a graduate of the University Of Baltimore Robert G. Merrick School Of Business .She holds a Bachelors Of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in the following disciplines-Finance-Management and Personnel Administration .She is active in the community a

I enjoy assisting in the community and volunteering as a guest speaker and educator for St. Ambrose Housing, Century 21, REMAX, ACORN , NHS and the NAACP. This program allows 96.75% for purchases and sellers assistance up to 6%. The program allows up to 85% f r refinancing with cash out and 97.75% for reducing your rate and term.receving no cash. There is a componet of the program which allows for the remodeling or rehabiltation of a home at the lowest possible rate.
Current FHA loan holders do not need to credit qualify as long as they are on time with their current payment and can skip a month mortgage payment while getting a lower rate. There is no appraisal needed for a rate reduction on an existing FHA loan . However, if you desire to receive cash to pay off bills or just need cash in hand than an appraisal is necessary and usually cost around $450.00.
